The following issues have been fixed:

Editing the audio for a Song/Link: The media editor was not showing the additional Schedule Plus fields for Type/Gender/Era etc. for Schedule Plus enabled Stations.
Finding first available Media item in Songs/Links: Clicking the button to import/edit a Song or Link to make it automatically find the first empty Media item would cause AutoTrack to pause (or even exit) if the first Media item in that range was empty - for example, if the Links range is 1-500, and Media item 1 is empty, then clicking the button to import a wav file would cause this issue.

New Features/Changes:

Clock Editor:

AutoTrack Pro users can now specify a Hardware Line that Myriad Playout should monitor while an item is playing that will cause that item to end early when that line is triggered. For example, you might set this on an Absolute Time if a hardware line is activated to indicate that Myriad should stop waiting for that time and move on to the next item.

Song and Link Categorisiation:

When you alter the Category of a Song or Link, AutoTrack now notes that fact in the database, so that the next time Myriad Schedule needs to schedule, or if the user opens the Deck Viewer in Myriad Playout it will automatically update the Myriad Schedule Decks to contains those changes.

Media Editor:

You can now edit Command Media Items via the Media Editor.

Split Groups:

Split Group information is now read directly from the Myriad Playout Station Database so that it's always up to date with the latest information from Myriad Network.

The following issues have been fixed:

Soft Time Early Duration setting: The setting was not saving correctly into the Database Settings.
Link Collections: You could not successfully save a Link if there were 1 or more Link Collections where the Collection Title started with a typographic character such as quote marks etc.

New Features/Changes:

Soft Times:

You can now set a top level "Early Duration" in AutoTrack Database Settings. This Early Duration will then be used when Soft Times are scheduled from ALL Clocks and will be shown and honoured in Myriad Playout when the logs are sent to Playout.

Media Report:

When importing Media items as Links you can now specify to import using the Category specified on the Media Item
Secondary Category assignements are now imported from Song and Link Media items onto Song and Link cards respectively.

User Security:

There is a new File Locations option that allows you to specify a different Directory Database Name. This is useful for situations where you need to use a different user database for totally separate stations. This setting is stored per profile, so will affect all Myriad Applications on the same PC.

The following issues have been fixed:

MediaWall Update utility: This would not always successfully synchronise the primary and secondary categories when updating the MediaWall from the database and vice versa. It would also sometimes result in AutoTrack SE closing unexpectedly.

The following issues have been fixed:

Schedule History: Selecting one or more hours to send or remove from playout would "skip" any hours that had one or more unscheduled items in them. All other hours would be correctly selected in the grid in the Send To Playout window.
Media Report: The Media Report was not taking into account the Database setting to share Category names etc. with all stations in a database, so when connected to any station other than the first one, the Categories column would always show "Other/Held".

AutoTrack Pro and Myriad Playout integration

The Type, Gender, Era, Alternate/Secondary Category and Year information is now read and written when being updated via the Song and Link cards, and also the Song and Link Mass Changers.
For Songs, the Styles are also now read/written from/to the MediaWall when edited via the Song card or the Song Mass Changer.
For Links, the "Sweeper" setting is also now read/written from/to the MediaWall when edited via the Song card or the Song Mass Changer.
The Myriad MediaWall Update Utility has also been updated to be able to synchronise these fields between AutoTrack and the MediaWall
There are several new options on the Media Menu under Synchronise Information to read/write the Styles/Types/Genders/Eras from the MediaWall.
Important note 1: This information is NOT updated when using the Song/Link Reorganiser tool, so after making bulk changes using this tool you should then use the Update Mediawall button on the toolbar of the Search Song/Search Link window to send those changes to the Media Items.
Important note 2: Seeing the Type, Gender and Era information inside Myriad Playout requires the Station to have the Myriad Schedule Plus or higher feature enabled, and if you do not have this feature enabled then you may find that information is "un-set" from Song and Link cards - for example, if you read in the information from a Media Item that does not have any Type or Gender information set, then those fields will be cleared on the Song/Link card, so you should obtain a suitable Enabler code from Broadcast Radio as soon as possible.

Song Cards:

The Song Card now reads in any Album Title information from the Media Item.
The Song Card now prohibits saving a Song into a Collection that already contains 50 Songs.

Clock and Log Editing:

Myriad AutoTrack Pro users: You can now set whether Link positions in the Clock Editor are Droppable,and whether Basic Media Items are droppable or fadeable. This is inline with the new options in Myriad Playout v5.24.1 that allow Links to be dropped if the following songs have all been removed for timing purposes.
Soft Times: You can now add Soft Time items. These are only used in Myriad Playout v5 in AutoFade mode and are used to tell Myriad to drop items, but not to fade, to try and hit the specified times.
"Command" items have been removed from the list of available options in the treeview as they are not relevant to Myriad Playout v5, as Myriad Playout v5 has Commands fully integrated into Media Items instead of being standalone items.

Removing from Playout:

AutoTrack now checks the hours that you are removing to see if they have been edited, and if so you are prompted if you want to continue.

The following issues have been fixed:

Scheduling: The Characteristic, Type, Gender and Era Follow rules were not always being correctly tested against an item that was already scheduled into the position after the position being considered.
Send to Playout: Logs that contained Social Post items schedled as Links were sending their titles incorrectly to Playout, resulting in the title showing twice in Myriad Playout.

The Song Card now prohibits saving a Song into a Collection that already contains 50 Songs.

Clock and Log Editing:

Myriad AutoTrack Pro users: You can now set whether Link positions in the Clock Editor are Droppable,and whether Basic Media Items are droppable or fadeable. This is inline with the new options in Myriad Playout v5.24.1 that allow Links to be dropped if the following songs have all been removed for timing purposes.

Removing from Playout:

AutoTrack now checks the hours that you are removing to see if they have been edited, and if so you are prompted if you want to continue.

The following issues have been fixed:

Song Cards:

The Song Card now reads in any Display As/By information from the Media Item.

Media Items:

When moving or copying media items, the display now shows the media ID's being copied/moved.

Editing Media items: The editor window would sometimes refuse to close when clicking the cross to close the window.

Media Report:

There are 2 new options on the Edit button - Move and Copy. These allow you to bulk move or copy the selected media items to another location on the Mediawall.
Moving an item from within AutoTrack will move the Media Item and also update any Song or Link cards that use that Media Item to use the new Media ID.
The move and copy process can be quite slow, particularly when you have a large number of items selected, future releases of AutoTrack may be able to improve this performance.

Song/Link Cards:

Clicking the option to manually update the Media Item with the details from a Song or Link card now shows a message box explaining that it will only update the Item Type, Category, and Year fields on the MediaWall, and explains that the best way to update the Media Item is to use the Import from AutoTrack option on the Media Report in Myriad Playout.

The following issues have been fixed:

Scheduling: The send of the hour before the "fallback" at the end of Daylight Savings time was not sending Absolute Times etc. for the correct hour.

The following issues have been fixed:

Scheduling: Myriad would occasionally exit during scheduling if the SQL Server briefly became unresponsive.
Scheduling: Myriad would incorrectly reject some items due to the Characteristic Separation rule in certain scenarios.
Category Name Synchonisation: Importing category names from the Myriad v5 MediaWall would fail in some circumstances.

New Features/Changes:

Song/Link Search Results

There is a new option on the MediaWall Update utility that updates the Song or Link card with Category information from the MediaWall.

Import from Spreadsheet

Importing from a spreadsheet now attempts to look for existing Characteristics, Types, Genders and Eras by text match - for example if the spreadsheet has a Type Column and the value for the item is "Rock" then AutoTrack will look for a matching Type called "Rock" and will assign that to the imported item. Previously you could only import these by specifying the Type number - e.g. setting the type column to "9".
The Excel Spreadsheet import feature has been updated to look for a "MediaID" column as well as the existing "Cart", "Digital Cart" etc. fields.

The following issues have been fixed:

Scheduling: You could not schedule items in the 64th Song or Link category.
MediaWall Update: Myriad AutoTrack would crash if you tried to use the MediaWall Update to ONLY update the Category information on the MediaWall (i.e. the Year option was turned off)
Import Category names from MediaWall: Importing the Category names would not import the first category.
Copyright Reports: The Computer name (e.g. Air Location) was being reported incorrectly.

v4.5.16 February 2019

Live Read Scripts:

AutoTrack can now schedule Live Read Script files as Script entries. For example, scheduling a Live read Script that contains the text "Weather.txt" will result in the contents of Weather.txt being display in the Myriad Playout v5 scheduled Log.

Send to Myriad Playout v5 :

During the "Send to Playout" phase of scheduling AutoTrack would remove older scheduled entries twice - once before the send, and then again after sending the new entries.
When Sending hours to Myriad Playout, if an hour already exists, but is empty, AutoTrack will now replace that empty hour with the AutoTrack log. You will see a warning message that this will happen.

Other changes:

Myriad AutoTrack SE no longer checks the SQL Server Memory usage option on startup.
You are now restricted from only be able to leave 30 Song or Link windows for review open when Mass Importing.

The following issues have been fixed:

Remove from Myriad Playout would not respect the Hour Restrictions grid and would remove then entire selected hour range from start to end.

v4.5.15 13th November 2018

Myriad Playout5 v5 Warnings Report:

AutoTrack will now display the Schedule Warnings report (that shows Underrunning Hours and missing items) after sending the Log to Myriad Playout v5.
To enable this feature, in Myriad Playout, go into the Station Settings for the Station(s) that you want to enable it on and tick the box on the Scheduler tab.

Multi-Station settings support:

Support has been added for the new multi-station settings feature introduced in Myriad v5.15.
AutoTrack now updates the "Last Sent" information for the Main Logs in Myriad v5 Scheduled Logs.

Clock Assignments:

You can now right click on an assignment in the Assignment grid and choose "Edit" to edit the Clock.

Contacts and Users:

Performance has been significantly improved for updating the Contacts List for Contacts and Users Directories that have a high number of Contacts.

Directory History:

Sending and removing logs from a Myriad Playout Database is now logged in the Directory v5 history as well.
Importing and deleting Media is now logged in the Directory v5 history as well.

Daylight Savings Support:

AutoTrack still generates a double length "fallback" hour, when it is sent to Myriad Playout it is now split correctly into 2 separate hours.
Previous releases of AutoTrack would automatically switch the double length "fallback" hour to Live mode so that Playout would not attempt to trim it to run to time. The hour is now left in AutoFade mode as the hour is now split correctly into two separate hours.

The following issues have been fixed:

Old Play Logs were not being deleted correctly from the Myriad v5 database
The "Sending" progress was not display when sending Logs to Myriad Playout v5.
If you scheduled a Clock In Clock during a the "fallback" daylight savings hour, then the contents of the Clock In Clock would be duplicated in the second hour of the fallback.

Print the Log:

Times are now printed using the time format specified in Windows Control Panel - for example 13:00:00 in the UK is now printed as 1:00:00 PM in the USA.

The following issues have been fixed:

Editing a Media Item that contained a Media List (or attempting to create a New Media List item) would cause SmoothEdit to exit.
When adding a new Song, selecting a Media Item where the Artist Name matches the start of another Artist would autopopulate the Artist Name with the second artist's full name - for example selecting a song by "Ky" would set the Artist to "Kylie Minogue".

Copyright Reporting:

CRTC and SOCAN Copyright reports are now available in the Templates\Copyright sub folder that AutoTrack is installed into.

Reports:

The "Number Of Plays..." reports now have a start and end hour option so you can choose to only see plays between certain hours - for example, you might only want to look at plays from 6am to 6pm.
There is a new Special Reports section in the Reports Window to contains reports that do not use the normal the normal Play Logs or the Copyright Report templates.
The first Special Report is the "CRTC Self Assessment" report which creates a text file using the format specified by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission.

Database Settings:

There are 3 new settings on the first tab that allow you to set the Station Name, Station Call Letters and Station Location. These usually only need to be set if required by your copyright reporting agencies as they can be included in the copyright reports.
The "Item Number Ranges" fields have moved onto the Song/Link field/numbers tab.

The following issues have been fixed:

The Year was only being sent to the MediaWall if you selected "Overwrite all information..."

Myriad Playout v5 Multi-Station Support

Myriad AutoTrack SE now supports Myriad's Multi-Station facility.
The first time you open an AutoTrack Station Database you will now be asked to connect it a Myriad v5 Station Database and then to choose which Station within that database.
When you add an additional "Playout System" to AutoTrack Database Settings (to send a copy of the log to an additional Log) then you will also be asked to choose which Station within that database to send the Scheduled Log to.
A good example of sending to multiple stations is where you send the Log to the main Studio Log, to a secondary Log that is run by a non-stop automation PC, and also to a training Log to allow training of new presenters.

Myriad MediaWall Update Utility:

AutoTrack now has the MediaWall Update utility which lets you easily bulk import information (e.g. Copyright, year, ending type, timing etc.) from the MediaWall, and can also bulk update the MediaWall to send over Category and Year information (more fields will be added in future releases)

Song and Links:

The Update Media Item buttons now send the Category and Release Year to the Media Item.

The following issues have been fixed:

The Play Logs Report's "Save results as a reconciliation file" was not exporting to the correct path.

The following issues have been fixed:

If a song/link failed to schedule due to Characteristic Separation, it was wrongly showing the reports as failing due to Minimum Sum being too low. This only affected the reporting though, it was still using the rules correctly.

Contacts and Users

The Contacts and Users settings windows have been slightly overhauled to bring them more in line with the V5 version
The Directory History Log menu option has moved onto the Reports menu - you will need the Can Edit Users Settings permission to be able to use this report.

Log Editing

If you drag a Command Media Item or a Notes only Media Item into the Log it is now shown as a Command or Notes item as appropriate.

Scripts

The legacy Scripts menu option and button on the Log Display has been removed - you can of course still insert "modern" scripts directly into the Log

The following issues have been fixed:

Clock Editing/Category Editing: A corrupted value in a Category's Colour code could cause AutoTrack to exit.

The following issues have been fixed:

Link Mass Changer: Setting the option to "Only Allow to be Played Before....Songs.." was not always setting the Links correctly.
Clock Editing: In Standard edition, the Styles on a Song were being cleared each time the Clock was re-opened and saved.

Myriad AutoTrack SE has a new icon!

The following issues have been fixed:

Fixed an issue where the Style Max in a Row rule was not being shown in Global Rules for AutoTrack Standard licenses
If you haven't defined Types, Genders or Eras, then Opening a Clock Rules Set, or trying assign one of these types to a Clock row could cause AutoTrack to exit.

Database selection:

The Select/Choose Database window is now significantly faster on a server with multiple databases where some of those databases are innaccessible - i.e. due to administrator lockdown/disabling.

Important: The previous release was a 'Preview' release which may have contained untested or experimental features, so this list is not comprehensive list of all fixes and only contains a summary of some of the many fixes and changes.

Sending Log to Myriad Playout v5

Absolute Times and unscheduled Advert breaks would not have the correct Reference times on for hours from 12pm onwards.
The 'Send' and 'Remove' buttons were only displayed on the main Schedule Tab if you added at least 1 additional 'send' location.

Other fixes:

Maximising the Pad on a very wide display would cause AutoTrack to exit.

Summary:

This is the first Release of AutoTrack SE, which is designed to work exclusively with Myriad Playout v5.
Myriad AutoTrack SE allows you to schedule items using the familiar AutoTrack environment but it connects to a Myriad Playout v5 database to read in all the information about each Media Item. It also allows you to seamlessly schedule and send/remove logs to/from the Myriad Playout v5 Log.

Licensing:

Myriad AutoTrack SE will run in Evaluation mode up to 30 times, after that you will need an AutoTrack SE license. These can be obtained by contacting hello@broadcastradio.com
Myriad AutoTrack Databases use the same Database Enabler Codes as Myriad AutoTrack v4, so if you have already licensed your database then you do not need another Database Enabler Code.

MediaWall:

You can Import new files directly onto the MediaWall from the Song and Link cards (and edit them using a special release of SSmoothEdit v5) as well as reading in information from existing Media items on the MediaWall
The MediaBrowser lets you easily search and examine the MediaWall
You can also 'Export' your AutoTrack Song and Link Category information (such as title/colouring etc.) to the MediaWall, as well as "Import" existing category information back into AutoTrack.

Play Logs / Copyright Reporting:

You can use the Play Logs Report to easily examine how Myriad Playout played out your scheduled logs, as well as seeing logs for any items that a presenter played manually.
Pro Edition: You can use the comprehensive Copyright Reports to prepare and export reports to submit to your copyright agencies such as PRS/PPL/IMRO etc.

Scheduled Logs:

Scheduled Logs are automatically sent to your Myriad Playout v5 database once they are scheduled. You can also easily remove scheduled logs from Myriad Playout when unscheduling, or via the Unschedule window.
If you have edited an hour in AutoTrack you can easily re-send just that hour from the Log Viewer window by clicking the "Send" button at the top of the window.
If you need to re-send multiple hours, you can do this from the Schedule window by using the "Send to Playout" tab.
AutoTrack even detects if an hour that has already been 'Sent' has been edited in Myriad Playout (for example items SegueEdited, or other items added/removed etc.) and will not automatically overwrite that hour so you can check it via Myriad Playout first.
