IP Connections: You can now
select a new option to "Delay closing for a short while after sending"
which keeps the connection open for an additional half second after the
data has been recieved to allow the remote end to fully process the
information. This is useful for devices that need the connection to
remain open briefly after recieving a data update.
The BR Player output has been updated to use HTTPS instead of http.
Windows 7 users may need to follow the steps in this article if they have trouble sending updates to the BR Player.
This Is AIM output (NEW): OCP SE and Pro users can now add an "AIM" output that posts the latest now playing information directly to the This Is Aim web service.
Several older output templates have been removed as they are no longer in active use. These are available from support@broadcastradio.com if you need them to add any new services in future.
OCP SE and Pro users can now add "Broacast Radio Encoder" output that posts the latest now playing information directly to the Broadcast Radio Encoder software.
Due the Cambridge Analytica scandal, Facebook removed the feature that allowed applications to post to a users "wall" (timeline). The ability to post to Pages is still available, but is under review by Facebook so may be removed or disabled at any time.
OCP Standard users can now also send information to a Broadcast Radio SmartSign. If you need to send to more than one then please contact us for more details.
Support for the Omnia Z/IPStream has been added. The Omnia AXE output has therefore been retired.
The SmartSign output has been updated to allow the "alternate strings" to be used. The easiest way to use this feature is to remove the existing SmartSign output and then add it back in again and enter the details for your SmartSign.
